Shaik Basheed is an Indian film director, producer and actor. He was born on 14 August, 1985 to screenwriters Ibrahim and Azimunnisa in Andhra Pradesh Guntur district, Vejandla village. He has an elder brother, Shaik Sattar and Shaik Subhani and one elder sister Shaik Nano. He did his schooling in Urdu high school in Mumbai and went on to study a Commerce degree in the AC College in Andhra Pradesh. Later he began his career in films by working as Hong Kong short films technical camera department an Assistant director in DAD (2005). In very small age Basheed considered Hero Pawan Kalyan and Nandamuri Balakrishna as an "Inspiration" in the film industry.

Shaik Basheed established a production company named SBKFilms Corporation. SBK Films was incorporated in the year 2006, headed by Shaik Basheed. SBK Films Corporation became an eminent production company in South Films Market. The first film  project of SBK Films was "ALLARE ALLARI"(2007), which received critical acclaim for portraying modern youth. Shaik Basheed is a Businessman, Industrialist,  and Chairman of SBD GROUP.

As an Actor:- Shaik Basheed acted in a Kannada film "BENKI BIRUGALI" in the year 2013 produced under SBK Films. He also made a special Appearance for a song in his film "RAMDEV" (2010). Later he performed lead actor in the film "EVADRA HERO" in the year 2015, which is produced under SBK Films & earned good business in the market. He also made "SatyamevaJayetay" (2008). He went on to make the commercially successful "Chandramukhi" (2009). In the year 2014, he directed and produced "FIRE".
